A Concert, stand-up set and movie screening in one
Now in its 18th season, Film on the Rocks is not your average film season. Each screening is preceded by a concert and a stand-up set from a local comedian, making for a great all-round night of entertainment, and definitely value for money.
This year's season has something for everyone, from cult comedies to epic science fiction. The centerpiece of the season is a screening of the newest Star Wars movie Rogue One, an action-filled heist movie that serves as a prequel to A New Hope. For those who like their sci-fi a little weirder, look no further than Luc Besson's The Fifth Element, while The Lego Movie makes for a great family night out.
