Two musical giants join foces
Legendary rocker Peter Frampton heads out on tour this summer, playing tracks from his unique back-catalogue, including the seminal, Rolling Stone number 1 album of 1976, Frampton Comes Alive! As an enduring part of pop culture, Frampton is a truly charismatic musician, who takes his vibe from the audience. Surely a must see for any fan of his zesty hard rock guitar infused sound.
Joining him on this tour is Cheap Trick, who never seem to be off the road. The band have now been together for some 40 years, during which they've more or less defined the 'pop rock' genre. Tracks like Surrender and I Want You to Want Me showcase their enviable skill at combining earworm, bouncy melodies with hard rock riffage.
