Sublime

Sublime at Red Rocks Amphitheatre

Why see Sublime?

Their Self-Titled Album In Its Entirety

Ska-punk legends Sublime are coming to Red Rocks Amphitheatre for two nights only! With iconic 90s tracks like "Santeria," "What I Got," and "Wrong Way," this show is a nostalgia trip for fans of alternative music, as Sublime perform their self-titled debut album live in full. Originally released in 1996, the album went five times Platinum and spent an incredible 208 weeks on the charts. It's still widely listened to today by newer generations, who can't get enough of its fusion of genres, undeniable grooves, and catchy croons!

Who Are Sublime?

From Long Beach, California, Sublime were formed in 1988 by Bradley Nowell on vocals and guitar, Eric Wilson on bass, and Bud Gaugh on drums. They mixed punk, reggae, ska, and hip-hop into a sound that was totally unique for the time. Their first two albums, 40oz. to Freedom (1992) and Robbin' the Hood (1994), earned them a loyal underground following, but it was their 1996 self-titled album that made them huge. Sadly, just before the album came out, frontman Bradley Nowell passed away - but now they are back stronger than ever!
