Thrice

January 28, 2020

Following several years of radio silence after the announcement of an indefinite hiatus back in 2012, Thrice are rising from the ashes ready to unleash a new era of post-hardcore music. Since their formation in 1998, the California rockers have broken ground and rewritten the rule book for the genre they helped define by skilfully blending searing punk, pop, progressive and screamo, resulting in nine studio albums and constant tours around the world.

It hasn't been an easy ride to the top for Chicago-born rapper and producer Lupe Fiasco. Releasing his seventh album, Drogas Wave (2018), Fiasco is now heading out on the road! An accompaniment to his 2017 release Drogas Light, this latest album is a fantasy tale about a group of slaves who survive a shipwreck and dedicate their lives to rescuing and releasing other slaves from their bondage. Fans will also get a taste of the third album to this series, Skulls, which is set for release later this year.

In 2019 he released his critically acclaimed sophomore album A Good Time, a fizzing Afropop compilation featuring the likes of Chris Brown, Summer Walker, and A Boogie wit da Hoodie and continues to ride high on the 2020 A Good Time Tour.
