To give its full name, the Temple Hoyne Buell Theatre in fact used to be used as a sports ground, with a telltale scoreboard hanging from its large rafters. Opened in 1981, it forms a major part of the DPAC which revitalized performing arts in the Denver, CO area since the Eighties. Today its high-tech facilities allow for the top Broadway shows and independent productions to be performed here to sell-out crowds.

This indoor amphitheatre was opened in 2005 as part of the Denver Convention Center's multi-million dollar expansion project. Now one of the busiest venues in the city, it hosts a busy yearly calendar of stand-up comedians, concerts and lectures.

The Paramount Theatre is a concert venue in Denver, Colorado, near 16th Street Mall, and since 1980 is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In 1988, the city of Denver classed the venue as a historic landmark. It was originally opened as a movie theater, and was designed by Chicago architects Rapp and Rapp. The venue holds 1,870 seats and is used for a variety of different orchestras, concerts and music events. One of the two remaining twin-console Wurlitzer theatre organs in the United States is located at the Paramount Theatre.

The Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado, is nicknamed the Can, and is named after the venue's main sponsor. The venue is home to the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League, the Colorado Mammoth of the National Lacrosse League, and the Denver Nuggets of the National Basketball Association. Aside from its sporting uses, the arena is often used as a concert venue.
