A stunning way to experience the timeless classic
Immerse yourself in a wave of nostalgia at this special screening of the timeless classic, The Wizard Of Oz, with the soundtrack performed live by the Colorado Symphony Orchestra! First released in 1939, the silver screen family favorite captivated audiences with its enchanting story, unforgettable characters headed up by the iconic Judy Garland, and of course its Academy Award-winning score, quickly becoming a cultural phenomenon.
After a tornado hits her native Kansas, Dorothy and her canine friend Toto are whisked away to the enchanted world of Oz. Following the Yellow Brick Road they befriend a loving host of friends - a Scarecrow, a Tin Man and a cowardly Lion - and set out on a quest to find the Wicked Witch of the West's broomstick at the behest of the shadowy Wizard.
